Despite our best efforts, we recognise that technology occasionally fails. In the unlikely event that technical difficulties prevent you from holding a conference, we have a strategy in place to ensure a solution is implemented that allows your business to carry on with your conferences.
We will provide you a back up solution in the event of unplanned service downtime for your UK MeetMe and Global MeetMe audio service.
While our dedicated technical resource are reinstating the service, you will have access to a replacement interim service free of charge to minimise the disruption of your conference, and give you assurance your business conferences will be connected successfully.
During unscheduled downtime, a chairperson can pre book a call that can be used within 24 hours of the downtime.
All calls will be for a maximum of 60 minutes, one call per chairperson can be booked within the downtime. If you have a Live Meeting scheduled for your call, the Live Meeting details will remain the same.
